Everybody loves sweet Apple Pie's during the summer. Dietician Tarie Beldin, RD, LD, found a way to make one of America's favorite summer time delights, healthy. Tarie's Warm Mini Apple Pies are easy to make and just as delicious as the one mom used to serve.

- 2 Tbsp. raisins
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 3 Tbsp. butter
- 1/4 tsp. cinnamon
- 15 Athens Mini Fillo Shells (1 box)
