Our nine-hour comprehensive diabetes management program teaches you how to balance food, activity and medication to control blood sugar levels. Our program includes instruction on:

• How to include controlled portions of some of your favorite foods
• How to monitor blood sugar levels and understand what the numbers are telling you
• How your medication works to control blood sugar
• How increasing your activity level has a powerful effect on diabetes control
• How to prevent debilitating diabetes complications

• Scheduling options that include a Friday/Saturday session to accommodate work schedules

Our Cancer Team Conferences provide a forum for patient consultations to determine appropriate treatment plans and, by sharing information, helps physicians stay abreast of the latest developments in cancer care.
