Reality Childbirth Class 

Do you really know what will happen when you go into labor? Do you know what to expect at the hospital? Do you have the tools and knowledge to make decisions for you and your baby? Does your support person feel confident and empowered to help you through labor and early parenting?

Our comprehensive classes are taught by seasond birth professionals who offer a fun and informative alternative to traditional childbirth classes. The Reality Childbirth Class is designed for parents wanting information about the stages of normal labor, identifying labor and when to call your doctor, coping strategies for dealing with labor pain, what to expect when you arrive at the hospital, variations in labor and medical interventions, pain management options, unplanned cesarean birth, and normal recovery and postpartum. We include a tour of the maternity unit, including Labor and Delivery, Nursery and Postpartum. Included in your registration fee is complimentary admission to Baby Care Boot Camp and Breastfeeding Basics classes.
