Dr. Andy H. Chen is a graduate of the University of Cincinnati College of Medicine. He completed his residency in Emergency Medicine at Brown University and began his medical career as a staff emergency physician at St. David’s Round Rock Medical Center. During this time, he also earned a Master of Business Administration from Texas A&M International University.
