Dr. Nielsen earned her medical degree from \nVirginia Commonwealth University School of \nMedicine before moving to Chicago, where \nshe completed her residency in Obstetrics \nand Gynecology at Northwestern Medical \nCenter. Dr. Nielsen then moved further \nwest to Denver, where she completed her \nfellowship in Maternal Fetal Medicine. \nDuring her training, Dr. Nielsen actively \nparticipated in education and training of \nmedical students and residents, frequently \ngiving lectures about top
