Cindy Mingea, a native of Birmingham, Alabama, has spent the majority of her years in Texas and the past 33 years caring for central Texas women as an OBGYN in private practice. She graduated from Auburn University Magna Cum Laude with a BS in Pharmacy. She earned her medical degree and completed her residency in OBGYN at Baylor College of Medicine. She has been an active member of the medical staff at St David's Medical Center since 1989.
