About Lisa Hutchens, MD
Biography
Dr. Lisa Hutchens attended college at North Texas State University and went to medical school at UT Southwestern in Dallas. She completed her pediatric residency in Norfolk, Virginia, then spent 3 years working at the Choctaw Nation Indian Hospital in Oklahoma. While her husband completed his sports medicine fellowship in Birmingham, she was a clinical instructor in the ambulatory care clinic supervising residents and medical students at the University of Alabama Children’s Hospital.
