About Uttam Rao, MD,MBA
Biography
Dr. Rao received his undergraduate
\ndegree in neuroscience from Columbia
\nUniversity. He obtained his medical
\ndegree as well as masters’ in business
\nadministration from Tulane University.
\nDr. Rao completed his residency in
\ninternal medicine at the University of
\nAlabama at Birmingham, where he
\nreceived the UAB Resident Research
\nAward. He subsequently completed fellowship training in
\nhematology, medical oncology, as well as HCT and cellular
\ntherapy at Vanderbilt Univ
