Dr. Virginia Bailey was born and raised in Houston, Texas. Her education and training have been rooted in the University of Texas system, including undergraduate degree in Biology at UT Austin, medical school at UT Houston McGovern, and both General and Plastic Surgery residencies at UT Southwestern in Dallas — training programs consistently recognized among the best in the country.
