Ishrat Jahan, PA-C

Ishrat Jahan, a NCCPA-certified Physician Assistant, joined Texas Heart and Vascular's Advanced Cardiac Care Center in February 2025. Before coming on board, she served as a hospitalist Advanced Practice Provider with Sound Physicians, where she developed a comprehensive approach to patient care by managing a wide range of medical conditions, including complex cardiac cases.
